Notice and Takedown Procedure

Filing a DMCA Notice

infringement, please provide our designated agent with the following information:

copyright interest
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
- The exact URL(s) where the allegedly infringing material is located
- Your address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a
counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by
mistake
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of federal court

Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users
who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
